Kindle Preview & Multiple Series Not Working

I just started working with your plugin and I have two problems.

One is that the Kindle Preview is not working on any of my books (which is two at the moment). I tried different browsers and they all have the same problem.

I also only see one series listed and the book I linked to is in two series.

I’d love to continue using the plugin, but can’t use it until these issues are resolved.
