Hi @lostmydesk happy to help, if you post in the free plugin Support forums here, or use the Contact Form built into the Premium plugin, we do respond to every submission. You can cancel the subscription when you deactivate the plugin, it prompts you, or in the Account tab.
You can also log in to the customer portal on our website https://5starplugins.com/ and cancel your subscription there.
Please reach out and we can get the monthly subscription handled for you as well if need be.
