They will not issue a refund.

  • Their site says that they will issue a refund up to 30 days after purchase. But their refund policy says that they will not give a refund, if you download the plugin. So you are supposed to decide whether you are satisfied with the plugin without being able to actually try it.

    Their refund policy is so loaded with weasel words and phrases that it is a total joke.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PLUGINS.

    It seems you had shown us two problems in the Icon box widget and asked for help in our support center. This Icon Box widget is completely available in the free version of ElementsKit. I have also guided you to solve the problems by adding CSS code and providing screencast.

    But it seems you are asking refund for ElementsKit Pro, for a small issue in the ElementsKit Lite which is completely irrelevant. If you’re not happy with those solutions, you should have just let us know that you’re not interested in the solution anymore. But you have directly put 1 star review here without letting us know your interest.

    Customer satisfaction is our prime concern. So, from our support team, first we try to solve the problems of our client. If the solution doesn’t liked by our client and they want refund within our 14 days refund policy (Not 30 days), we issue the refund happily.
