mainwp child: sites disconnected

    Hi,

    I used to update my websites with mainwp child but since the 22th december I noticed my website are disconnected.

    I tried to reconnect them with disable et activate again the plugin on child site and push the button “reconnect” on main site, didn’t work.

    I ask to my host but he cannot find solution

    Hi @bogdanrapaic ,

    I checked this page and I discussed with my host, it assures me that it’s either a block on the other side or the plugin/query you are doing.

    at this moment I have in details server on mainwp child:
    – WordPress Memory Limit >=64M / 40M Avertissement
    – cURL Timeout >=300 seconds / 10 Avertissement

    For this both, my host tell me he cannot do anything.

    How can resolve my problem please? any idea ?

    After further investigation in helpdesk ticket #8199, we found that some security rule on the child sites side blocks requests and returns the HTTP Error 403 – Forbidden.

    The user has been advised to rule out all security layers to find which one is causing the connection problems.
