Conflict with buddyboss platform plugin

    Hi, I use buddyboss theme and buddyboss platform plugin in my site. It allows members to connect each other and create forums. I am using events calendar plugin in the site to organize events and I have recently installed event tickets plugin to create a ticketing system for the events. But recently while I was changing the profile picture, I found that the UI to upload the picture is not visible. When I tried to debug the issue and deactivated the event tickets plugin, it solved the issue. The functionality that allows members to update their profile picture is provided by buddyboss platform plugin. So, I think there is some conflict between these two.
    I really wanted to use the event tickets as ticketing system in our site. Also I have purchased event ticket plus license for woocommerce integration. But I can’t proceed using it because of the bug. Hope, you solve my issue.

  • Hi there.

    Sometimes these issues are caused by a conflict of more than just two plugins.

    Real quick, can you disable ALL plugins, except for the calendar/ticket plugins, and buddyboss, just to make sure the conflict is ONLY between these two plugins?

    Then, could you click this link to login to this sandbox, and install the buddyboss plugin, and do whatever setup is necessary to reproduce the issue so we can take a closer look at it?
