“Admin Read/Write” not appearing under API key permissions

  • I’m logged into my Administrator account and have installed the badgeos-rest-api plugin.

    I’m trying to use admin-award-point as described here but it’s giving an error in Zapier (The app returned “No route was found matching the URL and request method.”.)

    When I go to BadgeOS -> API Keys -> Permission, there is no option for “Admin Read/Write”. Is there a solution to get this option to appear? I suspect that this is what is causing the error in Zapier.

    Unfortunately not (I quickly decided to move onto another plugin). I’ve been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks from BadgeOS but have been unsuccessful so far.
