Search data show in 3 column

At minimum, you’re going to need to tinker and work with CSS and the markup being returned for things. I’m not sure if you’re working with the instantsearch results or the autosuggest while typing into the search box.

There’s also templates available to customize in case you need to also adjust markup used. Documentation on that can be found at https://github.com/WebDevStudios/wp-search-with-algolia/wiki/Customize-Templates

Beyond that, I’d need to have actual links I could visit and observe what you’re receiving to provide any better ideas here.

Looks like you added some floats on the list items and added a width of 30% to each, to get that achieved 3 by # grid going, which is definitely one of the ways available to achieve this.

I was going to suggest using flexbox and provide at least a quick starter amount of CSS to add, but you beat me to it. Yay CSS.
