Latest update breaks color GUIs on my backend

    I found two instances on my site where color GUI’s are not working now after the 2.2.2 update.

    1) In classic editor, the text color dropdown now displays all white blocks for font colors. You can select different ones to apply the font color changes, but you don’t know what you are picking.

    2) I use another plugin called Top Bar Pro and the GUI in that apps settings on the dashboard to set the color of the bar is not visible. Again you can pick colors if you know where to click, but not a good experience.

    Disabling the WP-Dark-Mode plugins fixes the issue.

    Apologize, We are not yet clear about your problem with Top Bar plugin.

    We have checked it on our end but didn’t found any color bar issue. Check the below screenshot.

    You may send us videos/screenshots of some of the problems then this would have made it easier for us to understand.

    We have done some testing on classic code editor in our end and found that toolbar icon text is not viewing properly.

    Reason is those content is loaded after Dark Mode is initialized.

    Are you talking about this problem? If any other issue found you may share with us.

    But we intend to work on it and we are already doing research here, hopefully we will be able to get a better solutions very soon for this kind of issue on backend.

    Hello thanks for the reply. Sorry I should have been more specific about my issue. I have taken screenshots, available here: https://imgur.com/a/NHc6T8U

    1) Top bar plugin: In the interface, it says “Top bar Color”, there should be a circular color picking icon to the right. It’s invisible now, but I can still click that area and pick a color, so this is not an issue for me. However, I thought I would mention it since it might be related to my other issue which is…

    2) Classic Editor text coloring. As seen in the screenshot, the color dropdown has all white colors displayed. Again you can hover over the colors to review a “color name” and select it, but you can’t actually see the rainbow of colors anymore.

    Also, I was not able to view your screenshots as the links got to a somewhat broken webpage.
