Thanks for changing the language and sharing the screenshot of what you are seeing. Can you enable the debug mode for the plugin and test again, please? This will create logs in the site that could show more about what’s going on.

Once you’ve tested this please check the logs in your store settings at WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab. Open the drop down menu and select the most recent log for Facebook and click the ‘View’ button to load it. I also recommend looking for any ‘fatal-error’ logs. Those could show more information about what’s occurring.

If you find any relevant logs please share them here. But be sure to obscure any private customer and/or store information before submitting. I hope this helps!

Please don’t paste such enormous amounts of logs.
There’s a big risk that you accidentally share things that shouldn’t be made publicly available, and these forums are actively scanned for useful information by both good and bad actors.
Instead, search for keywords in your log, like “error”, “warning”, etc and paste the details around them.
I have archived your huge log dumps.

A 400 error means that the request is incorrect or corrupt, and the server can’t understand it.

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Before ssl certificate it was working fine… After ssl, the problem of not adding products started. I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. the result is the same. i can’t figure it out…
