Is it possible to create a timeline containing approximate dates as well as exact dates in the same block ? In order to do that, I set the date format to text for the whole Content Timeline block. It worked fine for several consecutive items, but when I add one more item to the same block, I am suddenly unable to edit the prefilled value of January 1st. I encountered the same problem when I started again from scratch with a different set of data.

  • Hello @debatbiomed ,

I’m not sure if I fully understood your question. Could you please provide more details of your requirement? If you could provide some screenshots or a screencast, that would help greatly.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, Even though I set the default format to text for the timeline block, I don’t manage to record a chronology with a mixture of date formats like this one :
    March 2006
    Sept 2006
    2007
    Jan 2010
    2012 …
It bugs, not right from the beginning, but after adding a few elements, forcing me to enter only exact dates like dd/mm/yy.

    Hello @debatbiomed ,

I have tested the same at my end and it seems to be working fine. I have created a video for you, please have a look.

Could you please check that video and let me know if I am missing something?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Sweta, it’s only if you add additional items, either at the end, or in the middle. See my video : https://watch.screencastify.com/v/pfYcfzgCU1sRrlhAhNFy

    Hello @debatbiomed ,

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Thank you so much for sharing the video with us.

We’ve replicated the same at our end and have forwarded it to the concerned developers. They are looking into it. Please lend us some time.

Your patience and co-operations are highly appreciated.

    Hello @debatbiomed

I have received an update from the developers about the issue that they have added the fix on the coming release and so you can be able to fix this on our next update. I am afraid that I do not have a timeline for you as of now.

I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Meanwhile, if you need further assistance on this one or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reply.

    Regards,
    Judith.

Thanks a lot ! I saw it was working fine in the beta version.
