Support is Terrible

Whenever I’ve submitted a support ticket, about 50% of the time I get no response whatsoever. And the other 50% of the time, it takes at least 24 hours for EACH response. In other words, it would take me 8 days to have a “conversation” where I said 4 things and they said 4 things. Meanwhile, my emails were not working the whole time. And there is no live chat or telephone number to call. I was very surprised to see such a poor level of support from a plugin with so many downloads. Very disappointing. Not worth paying for this plugin if you expect or require the most basic level of support.
