Content gone… cant log in to site?

ok I’ll start this out by saying im pretty sure i caused this problem but I have no idea how to fix it. I have searched and read some posts but none of them have been able to help. Perhaps somebody can help me figure this out.

when i try to access the page: 585media.com the site i have been building with elementor doesn’t load. However when you go to 585media.com/home it loads the page that i’ve been working with in elementor…. So i figured that i had some sort of settings problem….

I was looking at the General Settings in wordpress and specifically I was looking at the to menu options that said:

Wordpress Address (URL)
and
Site Address (url)

I tried changing the site address url to add the /home and had no result…. then i tried changing the wordpress address url and as soon as i hit save changes it immediately got an error and was locked out completely. I can not even log in to wordpress through the usual url https://585media.com/wp-admin

I’ve tried looking on the hosting site and trying to get back into WordPress that way with no result.

I’ve also tried to reset permissions (didn’t work)
Clear Cash (didn’t work)
and
Renamed the HtAccess file and created a new one as per the help section here with limited results. I have gotten the error message to go away but it only loads partial amounts of the page and says “page not found”

I am out of ideas here and would really appreciate some help
