    Hello, we recently changed the domain name on the website it has been running the loyalty heating time. Now it says to run the set up wizard to get things going again. All the customers are still in there and their loyalty rewards are still in there, but we are not sure what the original settings were so I’m hoping there is a way to get this back. thanks!

    Hello,

    I’m guessing you’re speaking about the Pro Version. If you changed your domain, you need to deactivate the previous domain first and re-activate your license on the new domain.
    You can deactivate your previous domain by logging into your account on plugins.longwatchstudio.com. In your account page, go to the “Orders” screen and then click on “License Manage”.
