Hello. I was testing the form submission with Elemailer v1.0.6 with Elementor Pro v3.5.2. Even though I have checked the box “Send as HTML”, “Use Elemailer” and selected the corresponding template, the email sent still happens to be [all-fields].

@legcommon Hi, We just ran a test with Elementor v3.5.1 & Elementor Pro v3.5.2 – and it worked fine for us. Can you please disable any other 3rd party plugin and see if that helps? If so, please let us know which plugin made the conflict.

Hi. I reinstalled the plugin and it works again

That’s odd but I am glad it’s working again. May I know if you just installed the plugin to begin with today or updated it from an older version @legcommon ? We want to make sure there was no issue with the latest update.

I just installed the plugin today.

I figure it might be a problem with updating. By updating I mean the instance where we click the green “update” button. Somehow it did not register my selection for Elemailer’s template in the first install.

Hi, I see. That could be the cause if the update of the page was not saved. In any case, since this is not related to a plugin update we can assume we are safe for now. Thank you for your co-operation and I hope you like the plugin @legcommon
