    Season Greetings.
My problem is resolved thanks to the Elementor Community forum. The problem was my laptop had little memory left so I cleared out some old files, and it worked. I have latest plugins, so for me the that wasn’t the problem. So check your computer/laptop. Hopefully that helps someone.

    Dear Astra WordPress Community,

It was necessary to address this issue. The problem is related to the Cookie security of browsers. Since Chrome’s security policy of cookies, third-party cookies access is disabled. The problem is not random and is because of HTTP headers that prevent cross-site cookies. A temporary workaround is to install the HTTP Headers plugin and enable cookie security to “secure”. You should remove this plugin/setting after importing templates.

    Thanks!

    @abdulsamad544 and all:
Im still getting the same error for any Premium template I try to install. I updated and disabled all plugins, and the still the same problem. I also tried the workaround of installing HTTP Headers plugin and enabling cookie security to “secure” but didnt work. I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago but no response. Im frustated. Please help !

    Hi @jhkkj777,

Most often, it is just the system that doesn’t meet the system requirements or the host resource that needs to be increased.

If you have made sure about those things above and still having issues importing a Starter Template, please consider opening a ticket thru our Support Portal so we can have a closer look at your site.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

@jhkkj777 @bsfherman I tried everything that has been suggested on this chat. Finally I submitted a ticket last week and the Brainstorm Force’s team took forever to reply back. Looks like they have no idea how to resolve this issue…And more and more people are facing it !!
After all this frustration I ended up deleting the whole website and starting from scracth. Now the issue is gone…but I’m afraid it will show up again.
Please Brainstorm Force Team, resolve this PROBLEM ASAP since we are the customers who are paying for your services.
    Thanks,

    Hi @yon22,

We are sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this. However, when the system meets the system requirements or the host resource’s values are good, the importing process should run smoothly. If it is not, most probably it’s a server-specific related, and almost always it’s due to the server configuration.

Anyway, good to know that finally, it was working for you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
