How to make WooCommerce Hand picked product block always show as a grid

I am trying to make this change so that my homepage always displays 4 hand picked products as a 2×2 grid, instead of one product at a time. This issue is noticeable on mobile (majority of my customers) when the user chooses a higher level of zoom. How can I do this ?

I would like it so that it forces the 2×2 grid on any zoom level instead of just showing one product at a time.
