    hi

    I want to create a product feed for Tiktok ad.

    Somehow I can not find Tiktok as a channel to chose from, even it is listed as one type on the plugin website.

    Could you help please， thanks?

  • Hi Heng,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    You need to make sure to be on the latest version of our plugin. When Tiktok still isn’t showing in the channel drop-down then de-activate and re-activate the plugin so it is being forced to use the most recent templates.
