    Hi,

I’m trying out the free version of your WooCommerce email verification plugin, but is it “normal” that a spammer’s fake email and user name is passed onto my User Account and then I have to manually delete the accounts that are spam and have not been verified. It’s fine if that’s the way the plugin works, but just asking as I’m new to WC.

Also, based on my digital download photo website, can you upsell me on why I might need to purchase your plugin for all of the features it offers, or perhaps direct me your features’ comparisons page.

Lastly, and a little off-topic, do you offer a plugin that makes the default wp-die customizable? After doing some searching, it seems there’s a small group of users who desire to have a better looking wp-die error/redirect page.

    Thanks much!

    Hi @frankbiganski ,

You don’t need to manually delete the unverified accounts. You can use this option even on the free version:
    – Advanced > Delete options > Delete users automatically

I wouldn’t know what is important for you on your site, but if you want to customize the verification email, change the activation time expiration time, send an email to admin every time a user activates the account, the Pro version would be a good option. Anyway, here are some links that could help you:

    This is our comparison page:

Some features on the wp.org page as well:

About the last topic, can you please contact us through our site? Maybe we could create a plugin like that. Specially if there are users who also want that.

Thank you much for replying Pablo, and I’ll definitely contact you after the New Year regarding the default error page. I found a fella who wrote some code for the funtion.php page, but I honestly do not have the level of experience to feel confident enough to make those kind of changes. A plugin would be sweet!

    Cheers!

Thanks and as a footnote, I may have spoken a little too soon. I had 4 new purchases yesterday, but no spammers in the past 24 hours. The plugin might be working after all. Maybe it took a while for the reCAPTCHA to start working properly?

Our plugin does not work with reCAPTCHA yet, but it helps detect real users by verifying them via e-mail. But it’s good you are getting less spammers ??
