FE Jumping Along Sidebar

Not sure if that’s supposed to happen but it’s fairly annoying so I’m asking if you can point me in the right direction to make that stop.
The widget is in the sidebar and works fine. When the page scrolls down, the widget jumps over every single other thing and comes to the bottom to always be in view. I don’t want that to happen. How do I make that stop and put that widget where I want it and it stays there?
There doesn’t seem to be an option in the settings so that may require a code snippet. I’m assuming something along the lines of position:static but not sure where it would go. If it’s not that, please let me know what snippet to use and where to put it.

It looks like your theme or maybe some plugin added to your site the feature called “Sticky sidebar”. Usually it can be disabled somewhere in theme or a plugin settings. In general Filter Everything doesn’t related with this problem. But maybe it is result of some compatibility issue. It would be fine if you provide me with link to your site, so I could tell you more about the problem and the way to solve it.
P.S. it seems you use my plugin even you said that it is useless in your 1-star review. Maybe you will change your review to more positive? ?? I would be glad. Thank you.
