    I’ve problem with latest update of PayPal. I’ve clients who purchased “Unlisted Product” they can checkout as successful payment without paying. i checked my account that didn’t received the payment. i asked my clients both said they charged for the payment. i tried with other products it’s working good and i received the payments.

    Hi @kravzz1,

    It seems you are having multiple PayPal integrations active at the same time.
    We generally recommend only using one PayPal active plugin as using multiple ones could potentially cause conflicts with each other.

    I’m not sure what exactly is happening on your site though.
    When I select the second PayPal gateway in the checkout (which is from the previous PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin), then the order total becomes $0 and all gateways disappear.
    That’s not something the PayPal Payments plugin could cause. Would you mind explaining what’s up with that and also please disable the old PayPal plugin?

    yes, i was doing some tests in other PayPal plugins. currently disabled them.

    i back to the only PayPal payments plugin and disabled the fund (credit card / pay later) and chose the payment page to login instated of billing. maybe the problem from it.

    now two of my clients said: they got charged from their cards linked with PayPal. and in my PayPal side i didn’t see any funds from them.

    i turned on the PayPal logs before the last payment i charged where can i find the logs ? and can i share it with you guys here or it’s critical data ?

    Thanks! These orders should still contain a transaction ID though. Or is there no reference to the PayPal payment within the orders?
    When logging is enabled, then every API request will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.?

    We have stripped most of the sensitive data, but it could still contain names or product information. Nothing critical should be included, but we can’t guarantee. If you prefer, you can share the log privately with us from here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    this is log for the last payment that confirmed as received payment in my woocommerce payment order side. but didn’t received anything in my PayPal or even didn’t show the transaction id like other orders.

    From the log excerpt you shared, it looks like it could be related to this issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/issues/354
    This could happen in combination with custom order numbers (for example through the Jetpack plugin) and should be fixed with the latest plugin version 1.6.3 that was released yesterday.
    So one relevant thing to know would be if these orders were created with the latest version 1.6.3 or with the previous version 1.6.2? If it was the latter, then it may be fixed after updating the plugin to the latest version.

    The orders made yesterday and today. and jetpack plugin managed by wordpress.com so it’s automatic updates. i will forward this message to them to check.

    I think i can know where’s the problem.

    I have unlisted product which is variable type. the problem happen with this product only AFIK. today someone trying to buy it and problem happened again i got paid order but he didn’t got charged.

    i captured the full logs of his payment. and the error was “Paypal cant get the order number or something like that”.

    Update: I’ve sent the the LOGS of the payment in ticket here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/ with mention the post as description. CaseID:PPC-376 –

    same thing happen today with new product.. the last bug of plugin cost me more than 150$ till now. please guys help me or suggest me alternative plugin for paypal in woocommerce.

    i turned off the plugin to stop my loss. it’s not work at all. i sent the logs of 4 payments that pass the woocommerce system without getting funds from clients.

    Any official fixed this issue please?
