Hello @ecomturbo,
We would have to take a deeper look at the error.
Can you please submit a support ticket here.
Also, please let us know which version of PHP are you currently using.
Thank you.

I hope you’re not asking for that so you can login to the user’s site. We ask that you try to keep your support here on the forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating this to the plugins team.
It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
- Ask for a link to the https://pastebin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their
phpinfo();
output. - Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
- Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
- Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
I’m using PHP 8.0. PHP 7.4 active support ended on Nov 28th 2021.
I’m glad to read the answer of Steve because it’s for this exact same reason that I refuse to post any ticket on wpmanageninja.com website anymore.
Why? Because everytime I do so, you guys are asking me my credentials which I refuse to give. I also have no time to create a staging for you only to solve your issues.
I consider myself as an advanced WP user (using it since 2008) and hosting plenty of clients and I have no issues sharing everything Steve has mentioned.
As a good customer of wpmanageninja, I would really appreciate if you could stop asking our credentials in your support flow.
Your flow should be : you having a test site and asking us how to replicate the issue and providing you anything but not our credentials.
Thank you for understanding.
Hello @ecomturbo,
As you are using PHP 8.0, so that might be showing the error. We would recommend downgrading to PHP 7.4 for now and see if you still face the same error.
Regarding the credentials, we don’t usually ask for login access on any user sites unless it is absolutely necessary as we also understand the security risks associated with sharing credentials. That is why, when we ask for login credentials we generally request a staging site instead of a live site.
Anyway, thank you @sterndata for a detailed response. We will be more careful next time and follow the more standard debugging route instead of asking for login credentials.
Thank you.
Hello @tahmidulkarim
I can’t just downgrade to PHP 7.4. I think it is more you guys who need to upgrade to PHP 8.
Yes you’re very right I checked the tickets and you indeeed asked me for a staging site access as an alternative.
Appreciate your assistance and prompt reply. Keep up the good work. FluentForms rock!
Hello @ecomturbo,
Hopefully, we will make the plugin fully compatible with PHP 8 within the next update.
Thank you!
This is a great news! Thank you very much.
