No support unless you pay for it

  • What sort of application doesn’t even have basic support options? Why do I have to pay to get answers as to why the application is not working?
    I get that we are all about making dollars and dollars but if you can’t offer a basic support question and answer area for common issues…
    frustrated with the app and I fear I will have to delete and try to find another option.

    Regarding the basic support options, there is the support forum for free Forminator users which our team checks on a daily basis and help to the best of their ability.

    Premium live chat support does involve a paid membership though, but it is not mandatory to receive assistance.
