Popup Content suddenly disappeared.

We are sorry to hear that this issue occurred in your site. For us to investigate the issue, we would need to check the popup. Could you please provide a test page where we can check the popup?

You have also mentioned that there is an active cache in your site. Please, could you follow the steps below and see if this will fix the issue:
– Disable the asset cache in Popup Maker >> Settings >> Misc – https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAunGYN0
– Re-save the popup settings
– Clear the cache of the site
– Test the popup using incognito/private window

The popup in the test page is triggered by a class ‘test-info-packet’.

FYI – the site is using the Purge SG cache plugin, a cache plugin provided by SiteGround, to where this site is hosted. I’m not sure if this information is necessary but just in case you need to know.

I’ve checked your screenshots and I can see that you have configured the popup correctly. And upon viewing this page: https://petsittingkyletexas.com/test-home/, the popup is displaying as expected but the content isn’t.

Regarding your content, I can see that you are trying to load a short code from a third-party plugin. May I ask, have you tried to insert a plain text to the popup?

If yes and if it does display as expected then there might be a conflict between the Insert Pages plugin that you are using and the Popup Maker plugin.
