Not All Reviews Showing

    Hi Guys, in the filter settings we have a total of 68 reviews selected on a specific template we made. However when embedding the review widget on the page using short code it only shows 42 (6 per slide X 7 sliders). is there a limit for number of reviews per template?

    I adjusted to 9X per slide and now it successfully shows all reviews.

    This is question is for the Pro version. It is better to use the other Filters to hide the reviews you don’t want to show rather than individually selecting that many reviews. By default, the template is going to show all reviews in the Review List. Then you can use the filters to hide the ones you don’t want. For instance, if they are less than 4 stars.

    There isn’t a limit of reviews per template, but it is limited based on how you set up your slider. If you only choose 7 slides then it will only add 7 even if you have more reviews selected.

    I see the issue now (you are correct, i only have 7 slides chosen). Thank you so much for the help troubleshooting and getting this resolved!
