    Hello there,

    We have still not receievd a payment, which was done on the 2rd November.

    Last Thursday I received a text message from Woocommerce saying the payment was on the way – you can see it here: https://snipboard.io/W2QZoA.jpg

    Still, this money has not appeared in our accounts.

    Please help? We are a charity and need to fix this asap. Thank you.

    Due to the issue that you mention, it would be best for you to contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there and have a look into your WooCommerce Payments account to see what is causing the delay.
