Idea: after header position

    Thank you for your great plugin. I currently wondering if it would be possible for you to create an “after header” position, in the same way as the “before footer” block.

    I currently try to add an block before all blog/archive/single-post pages and its not as easy possible.

    We think this can be a good improvement as a built-in option for such cases.
