    Suddenly started receiving the below error message.
    Mailer: SMTP.com error – Relay denied: CANCELLED WP Core
    Haven’t made any changes to the setting on WordPress or server-side.
    Wondered how to solve this issue as can no longer receive any e-mails.

    Thanks for reaching out. When you get a chance, could you please send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Email Test and share full details of the error? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log.

    In the meantime, please contact SMTP.com as the error message “Relay denied: CANCELLED WP Core” is coming from their API response.
