  • Quite minimalist, I like it – I think it will come in use for a few things. You may want to change: Based wholely to Based wholly. So did 17 students really make this, or is that sarcasm?

i like that theme. is there a way to add a neat callendar to the sidebar?

    ps: https://fernando.dubtribe.com/15Themes/headspace/headspace.zip – 404

I like it alot, very minimal!

    download link fixed.

    sorry folks.

Very pretty. One note, though, in the horizontal menu at the top. In both MSIE and FireFox, there is a “jump” as you move the mouse across the “tabs”. You might want to check the CSS to make sure that all margins, padding, etc., are consistent (or just applied to the link itself (#nav ul li a:hover {styles}) and not the li alone.) I’ve had problems with that and learned the hard way. Or you might have it set to bold or something. It’s a little thing but someone is going to whine.

    Yes, there is a jump.

    I kinda liked it…

But that said, i am a weirdo.

I developed these themes last year as Kubrick began to grow in popularity, and while porting them to 1.5 is a nice thing to do (i guess.) i also see that perhaps my additions of menus and what not is not the best direction to go in.

I will rethink this, and port the remaining themes to 1.5 without the bells and whistles.

Ultimately I’m only creating themes as a basis for people who want something other than the core templates, and are not design oriented.

WP’s essence is very inclusive. And to take the idea of a “blog” ( a word i actually could never stand) further into new territory asks you to join us in learning something about code, php, and how WP works.

SO perhaps leaving my templates stark, and thoughtfully open are the best ways to allow anyone to make anything they like from the core design provided.

I mean, i am in no way qualified to deliver a fully loaded, all browser compatible, extreme theme or anything, and am not really interested in doing that.

But, to share and give people as refreshing, and unique place to begin this journey into WP is a worthwhile thing to do.

    : )

    thanks for the thought provocation.
