In order to ensure that your custom integration with The Courier Guy’s new software system is up to date, please make sure that you update your integration by making use of the API documentation from the new provider, Ship Logic.

You can pre-emptively test this integration on Ship Logic’s sandbox platform to ensure a smooth transition to the new software. Official API information will be provided to you closer to the time of the software change, at which point you will be able to easily integrate into the live system.

The new software will be implemented on the 26th of December 2021. Thus, we strongly advise that all updates/changes be made by this date to prevent any service interruptions. 
 
The Courier Guy will not be held liable for any service failure or delay in shipment submission due to these changes.
