Could Not Install Google Listings and Ad Plugin

    Keep getting the message “Could not install google listings and ad plugin. The requested plugin ‘google-listings-and-ads’ could not be installed. Upgrader installer failed.”

    Tried saving the permalinks like mentioned in another post but still getting the same error message.

    Any ideas,

    Hi there!

    I understand the process failed to install the Google Listings & Ads extension with the following error:

    “Could not install google listings and ad plugin. The requested plugin ‘google-listings-and-ads’ could not be installed. Upgrader installer failed.”

    As a next step, please uncheck Google Listings & Ads from the recommended business feature tab (if not yet done) and complete the onboarding process.

    After completing the onboarding screen, visit: Plugins > Add new tab and try to install the Google Listings & Ads from there.
