    Hello,

    I’m not sure if this is the right platform of support to contact. But the password reset on the login page for users is not working nor the reset password link from the User tab under the admin side isn’t working. Every time someone forget their password it said, “you have exceeded the maximum attempts” and doesn’t allow the individual to create a new password. If, I go in as the administrator and click the reset password link for a specific user. The user receives the email to reset, but when opening the link, it doesn’t allow the user to reset the password. Can you all please help resolve this ongoing issue?
