Unable to print airwaybill

  • Hi there,

    I’m not able to print airwaybill. I’m using Woocommerce integration. It show me “something went wrong, please try again later.”

    It had happened few times. Any solution to fix it?

    Hi, may I know what is the version of your Woocommerce plugin now? Old version of woocommerce might have a missing parameter in order to print an airwaybill. Please upgrade the woocommerce version to the latest and try back.

    Hi there, I’m using latest version Woocommerce plugin and latest version skynet plugin but same problem here. Still unable to print

    Error message: Please fill up the Billing and Shipping details in Order #15405 details section before printing Skynet sticker.

    The address is not empty.

    Hi, new version of 1.0.3 has been released which will show the specific input field required to be filled in order to print the airwaybill. Please try it back and let me know.
