Password reset not working

    I want to update my license key and can’t remember the password on the account. When I click the reset password, an email never comes. Please help! I want to give you money!

    AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY EMAILS. NOT great support anymore. all i get is an auto reply ?? really bummed
