How to disable the autosave feature in claasic & block editor

    We need an option to disable the autosave feature on the WordPress website on both classic & block editor. These are the methods we tried:

    1. Using Disable Gutenberg Autosave plugin
    2. Adding code in functions.php file
    3. Editing wp-config.php file

    But it didn’t work. Is there any other way to disable the autosave feature?
