I’m running the paid version. I found a serious bug when working with S3 storage. Reported it and then posted a follow-up after I did some testing. Tickets have been untouched for 30 days.
1. No support even for paid customers
2. The 999 object per ‘folder’ remains when using S3 as your storage.
3. When you rescan your storage, items that have moved or been removed are NOT removed from the WP database causing huge amounts of bloat.
4. The details modal in the Media Library view disappears too fast to be able to even use the tabs or click the buttons.
5. If using direct upload, you will need to select EVERY IMAGE to have it regenerate thumbnails. No, using the regenerate thumbnails using media:cloud does not work.
