Can’t access primary menu items

I’m trying to use Directorist with Astra Theme. I’m not able to locate where to edit the primary menu items. When I use Appearance > Menus, there are no menus…yet pages created by Directorist (short codes) are appearing in the header and the primary menu is shown in the Header Builder. I need some help because I cannot figure out how to change the menus. I have deactivated all other plugins. I’m wondering if there is a setting somewhere that tells my theme to use certain pages in the primary menu. Thank you for any assistance.
