Lost password/how to make a new/reset password please help!

  • Hiya, I am using the wordpress dashboard to add content to my site but I cant any more as I have lost the password!

    how do I change this?
    do i need to download wordpress?
    which login page do I use?

    when I follow the lost password instructions I dont get sent a new password to my email ?
