    My restore progress get stuck at 78%. Can’t find out why and tried several tips in other topics already.. Can you please help me?

    I can see that you’re using query-output value equal to 4000.
    That’s way too much for usual hosting server.

    Could you please share me the topic where you get that from?
    That would be helpful as I already saw this value serval times and it’s wrong.

    Your migration most likely failed because of this as well.
    You have two solutions:
    1. In case you don’t have access to your source site anymore, you can send us your backup file – we will optimize it and convert to lower query output value.
    2. If you still have access to your source site, it will be simpler to make new backup:

    Case 2.:
    Please follow these steps:
    0. You may want to optimize your database before making new backup, for that you can use simple and free plugin named “Advanced DB Cleanup”. That will also help the migration process as cleanup will remove a lot of unused data.
    1. Use these settings in the first section: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa
    2. Save first section
    3. Now, go to “Other options” section
    4. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    5. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    6. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 300)
    7. Save “Other options” section

    Once the backup finish, apply these settings on the site where you want to restore:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking (as well): https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Enable splitting (you already enabled it): https://prnt.sc/1sljjju
    4. Modify query output (set this value to 300 as well): https://prnt.sc/1trxucl
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    7. Try again with new backup

    Hi!
    Thanks for your quick reply!
    The backup is made a few weeks ago. I installed the plugin on the source site and didn’t make any changes in the settings. So the value should be on 4000 as standard..?

    I don’t have acces to my source site. Where can i send the backup file to?
