    I have purchased 2 times your ethereum wallet and it didn’t be updated, but you have successfully gotten the amount from me, please fix it. and dozens of emails i sent didn’t get any reply from you.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Note that you are eligible for full refund with no questions asked for 14 days after the purchase at least.
    Note that you need to download and install the PRO version and activate it’s license to enable PRO features.
