    Hi

On my site, I suddenly can’t get Post Expiration working.
Under diagnostics it says WP-Cron Status: Enabled.
Tried to add expiration jo programatically, it worked as supposed.

I’m running a staging site on same host, here everything is fine.

Tried rollback to previous pluin-version and a delete/reinstall with no luck.
On deletion I set the ‘Preserve data after deactivating the plugin’ to delete.., however on reinstall all my setings were preserved.

Hope you can guide me in the right direction to solve this.

    Best,
    Morten

    Hi @ballemortenballenet

Thanks for using Post Expirator. We have some troubleshooting steps here that you can follow to narrow down the issue: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-unpublish/

I have also been having issue with my post not expiring until I manually update the post. As you can see from my Debug Logs this post was set to change the category on Dec 1st but it didn’t run until I manually updated the post today.

Check Steps 1 and 2 in particular.

@stevejburge I did that first. That is how I was able to get the debug log going that I sent. Everything on the Cron side is working right it just keep getting held up or something until I manually update the post.

    Hi @joshpaynedesigns

Sorry, we don’t have much more we can do help debug this without logging in to the site.

I’d recommend more testing. Can you find an error message in the logs? Can you re-create the problem on another site?
