Embeds not showing up on mobile

I’ve visited the page in question with Chrome on desktop and then using my Android phone with its default browser. In both cases I could see the embed. Take a look at this screenshot please:

That said, I think this may be a bit more specific and affect only certain browsers and/or devices then. What devices did you test it with and what browsers/OS (along with version numbers)?

Hmm that’s odd. I tested it on my iPhone, on both Chrome and Safari browsers.

This should be a matter of caching, could you please try to clean your browsers and check again? Here’s how: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser

I cleared the cache both in WordPress and under my Safari and Chrome browsers and it still isn’t showing up on mobile for me on my iPhone.

Oh, you know what I just tried? I deactivated my WordPress caching plugin and that did the trick! I’m not sure why that interfered with it, but the embed comes up on mobile properly now.

Thank you for the update.

It should work fine with the caching plugin, but some optimization modules may cause issues.

I suggest enabling the caching plugin, clearing all caches and if the issue persists, take a look at the optimization modules to find which one is causing the issue.
