    Hello,

After uninstalling the plugin, there are still 2 cron job remaining which I believe where related to the plugin:

    facebook_for_woocommerce_hourly_heartbeat_cron
    facebook_for_woocommerce_daily_heartbeat_cron

Shouldn’t these be removed after uninstalling the plugin?

Is it ok to manually delete them via a cron management plugin like WP Crontrol?

    Thank you!

  • Hello @lyk-1 ,

If I understand correctly, you’ve uninstalled Facebook for WooCommerce but these two cron jobs kept running, right?

    facebook_for_woocommerce_hourly_heartbeat_cron
    facebook_for_woocommerce_daily_heartbeat_cron

These two Cron jobs are related to Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. Uninstalling the plugin doesn’t really remove everything from the database.

Is it ok to manually delete them via a cron management plugin like WP Crontrol?

As you are no longer using the Facebook for WooCommerce extension in your site, you can go ahead and delete the Cron jobs from your site.

    Thank you ??

Thank you for you reply. That is correct, the plugin in no longer is use.

I will manually delete these entries.
However, I would suggest that things like that are cleaned upon plugin uninstall.

Sounds good! And I totally understand, this has been brought up to our developers, you can also post it on our ideas board so it can be implemented for the Facebook extension:https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce
