My “events” page header has disappeared

  • I had a custom template built by a company and it came fully functional. I haven’t changed a single thing about it and one day I found the events page header had disappeared (on all browsers). Also some text had turned black instead of the standard white so something is up. I’ve contacted the developers but they will only help if I pay them (which is another topic altogether). This has happened with other templates in the past that I purchased from Themeforest.com so it’s not a new issue. Sometimes the header shows up when I first open the page and then it goes away. Can someone please help?

    I had a custom template built by a company

    If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
