    Hi,

    I have integrated square card payment plugin into woocommerce on this site “https://roseberyfabrics.com.au/”. The customers are able to pay with square payment. But all of the transaction are not captured. When checked under Orders in woocommerce it shows the order is On Hold. With this message as note “Square Transaction Held for Review (Authorization only transaction) Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”

    Every time I am required to log into square dashboard and manually charge all the orders. Integrating the plugin doesn’t full fill the orders on its own.

    These are my square plugin settings:

    Business location : Rosebery Fabrics

    Product system of record : WooCommerce

    Sync inventory : Yes

  • Hey @andyzeal,

    By your description, it appears that the Square plugin has been configured to get an authorization on checkout instead of actually charge the ammount.

    If you select “Authorization”, you must manually capture and settle payments on the WooCommerce orders screen or from your Square account after the transaction has been submitted (and Authorizations do not display under Square transactions). You can find a guide for this here:

    @luanluta Thank you so much. This worked. Payments are getting charged now
