Disabling product reviews breaks product page on Multisite

    Hi,

    I have a multisite installation with 4 sites.

    I disabled product reviews by unchecking ‘Enable product reviews’. Now the product pages for that site are broken. It only prints the product description like a standard page.

    All other 3 sites display product pages correctly.

    I disabled all plugins, and deactivated and reactivated Woocommerce. Still no luck.

    I also re-enabled product reviews, but again this did not fix it.

    Any idea why this would break the product pages, and is there a solution to get them back working?

    Thanks for sharing this with us. In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for you reply.

    I ended up getting to the route of the issue. I’m using a Roots Sage theme and it was actually due to a misconfiguration of the required Woocommerce template pages structure within the theme.

    It was strange that the product and archive pages displayed as expected until I disabled review. Even enabling again would not fix. I ended up adding theme support for Woocommerce correctly and added the single and archive pages as needed and all reverted as expected.
