HubSpot OAuth token changes – HELP

Hi everyone,
I have been in touch with HubSpot about an issue in which this plugin is constantly being disconnected. I understand that this PlugIn is no longer being supported seeing as HubSpot have made their own, but as there is no migration tool we don’t want to switch to this other tool; it will take us far too much time to make these changes and there is a big big chance that something will go wrong.
I was wondering if there was a possibility to add a small kind of an update to the plugin? The plugin keeps disconnecting from our website and according to HubSpot this is due to an update with the OAuth token: https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog/upcoming-expiration-of-oauth-access-tokens-is-changing
I am assuming this can be quickly adjusted to help those out with this issue? Would be really great but I understand if it is not possible. According to HubSpot it is a small change!
I really hope that someone can get back to me here and it would be even better if someone has some kind of migration tool they used? ??
