I was directed to post here. Can you let us know how we manually Pay for Order from within Woocommerce? The payments were refunded automatically after orders somehow became set to cancelled. We cannot re-bill in Stripe dashboard due to this plugin adding the customer as a guest. Thanks

    Hi @workingout,

Our documentation goes over how to pay for an order using the Pay for Order functionality.

    https://docs.paymentplugins.com/wc-stripe/config/#/admins

There are links to the documentation on every settings page of the Stripe plugin should you need to reference it in the future.

We cannot re-bill in Stripe dashboard due to this plugin adding the customer as a guest.

If your customer is not logged in to an account, then by its nature it’s a guest checkout. Should your customer have an account on your site and they are logged in, the plugin will create an entry within Stripe for that customer. Customer payment methods are only saved if the customer clicks the save card checkbox, the order requires a saved payment method in the future to process (like a subscription), or you use the provided filters to force the payment method to save.

    Kind Regards,

Sorry, going to stick with our review of the plugin. We have been unable to recover the $1,000 of refunded funds and feel your support was a waste of our time.
