how to restore link of widget photo after I disabled plugins

Having trouble with my website and was instructed on the support forum to disable all plugins. I did so, no improvement, and reactivated them all. Now I have lost the link function from a photo to a page on my WP website. Opening the widget the link code is there, but when I click on the photo it take me to the 404 default page.
