    Hi I’m having an issue with the latest google web story I uploaded. I’m getting a priority error about compatibility to appear on google. I’ve never had this issue before with my other stories. It says to try to uninstall other conflicting plugins which I did already and the error is still there. I’ve actually uninstalled all plugins with the exception of 2 required plugins.

    Hello @pmonique and thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your latest story.

    Looking at your story it looks like it might be an issue with the the last page. Would you please try following these steps:

    From Web Stories go in to edit your Web Story.
    Remove all media from the last page and place them back in.
    Check your pre-publish checklist panel and ensure there are no errors.
    Publish your changes.
    Run your Web Story through the AMP validator to check it is now valid.

    thank you. I followed the steps and the issue is still there. I have provided the site health info through the form you provided. The amp validator failed. I see the error it gives me but I’m unsure how to fix it.

    Thank you for following these steps. On closer inspection we can see that it is in fact a page 8 video that is causing the problem.

    I can see that you have 1 correct video and 1 broken one on this page. I would recommend opening page 8 in the editor and looking for a broken/duplicate video in the layers panel. This could be identified by a broken image but if you can’t spot a specific broken layer then please try removing and re-adding all videos on that page.

    Once done you will need to publish your changes and check AMP validation once more. Let me know how this goes.
