    Hello there.

    GTranslate has suddenly stopped working on my site. Please could someone assist me in solving the issue?

    Hi,

    It seems something on your side is copying your menu which creates 2 selectors and they conflict with each other.

    Make sure to update GTranslate to the latest version, go to GTranslate settings page and click Reset code to default under Widget code section, then save the changes, clear your plugin cache if you have and check again. It should solve the issue.

    Hi edo888,

    Thank you so much for responding.

    Unfortunately when I click on Reset code, nothing seems to happen. The version I have is Version 2.9.6.

    Please could you let me know what I can do now?
